The processing of an order is between 1 and 5 working days (from the preparation to the pickup). The delivery time then depends on the carrier. When the order is shipped, you’ll receive an e-mail with a Canada Post tracking number to check the progress of your package.
The shipping costs are fixed and depend on the shipping address :
Pick-up in store : free (please wait the email confirmation before going to the store)
Canada : 8$CAD
USA : 15$CAD
International : 30$CAD*

We don’t do refund, but we offer an exchange or a credit note. The only exceptions accepted are : if a product is out of stock during the order processing, or if it has a manufacturing defect that we have not noticed.
Back in store : you can come in store to exchange any unworn item with the price tag, within 30 days after the purchase, with a presentation of the invoice.
Return by shipment : before making a return, you have to contact us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days to inform us of the reason that motivates your return. After this, you have 7 days to return your package.* Unworn items can be returned on a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. The items must be returned to us in a safe and appropriate packaging with the price tag.
*The customer is always responsible of the shipping costs related to his return, except in the case of an error from us (manufacturing defect, delivery error...).
Products in sales, masks, fabrics and suppliers are considered as final sales, no exchange is possible.
Also, during promotions, we don’t offer price adjustments on items purchased before the sales days made by Cokluch and/or other points of sale.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been placed, you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation.
If you have chosen a store pickup : you’ll receive an e-mail when your order is going to be ready to pick-up in our shop during our opening hours.
If you have chosen the shipment : you’ll receive an e-mail when your order is shipped, and a Canada Post tracking number will be sent to you to follow the progress of your package.
