Shipping and returns
The delivery fees are fixed and depend only on the delivery address :
Canada : $8
United States : $15
International : $30
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed. The processing of an order is between 1 and 5 working days.
If you have chosen to pick-up in store : you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in store during our opening hours.
If you have chosen home delivery : you will receive an email when your order is shipped, and a Canada Post tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
To add an item to the order you just placed, contact customer service at email@example.com and we will let you know what options are available to you.
We do not issue refunds, but offer exchanges or credit notes. The only exceptions accepted are if a product is out of stock during the processing of the order or if it has a manufacturing defect that we have not noticed.
Returns in store : you can come and exchange any unworn and labelled item, within 30 days after purchase, on presentation of the receipt.
Returns by mail : before making a return, you must contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days to inform us of the reason for your return in order to obtain a confirmation from us. Following this, you have 7 days to return your package. Unworn items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in a safe and appropriate packaging with the price tag.
Important : the customer is always responsible for shipping costs related to his return, except in the case of an error on our part (manufacturing defect, delivery error...).
Price and promotion policy
Sale products, masks, fabrics and supplies are considered final sale, therefore no exchange is possible. Also, during sale periods or promotions, we do not offer price adjustments on items purchased prior to the effective date of the sale issued by Cokluch and/or retailers.
