Shipping is free for all orders of $250 CAD and over (in Canada only).
Pick up in store
Delivery charges are free . You can pick up your order at 410 rue Villeray, Montreal.
Our opening hours are as follows:
Monday - Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday - Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday: closed
Canada
Shipping costs are $10 for all orders in Canada.
UNITED STATES
Shipping costs are $15 for all orders within the United States.
International
Shipping costs are $30 for all international orders (excluding Canada and the United States).
Order tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been taken into account. Order processing takes between 1 and 5 business days. If you have chosen in-store pickup : you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up in store during our opening hours.
If you have chosen postal delivery : you will receive an email when your order is shipped, and a Canada Post tracking number will be provided to you to follow the progress of your package.
To add an item to the order you just placed, contact customer service at info@cokluch.com and you will be informed of your options.
Return policy
We do not provide refunds but we do offer exchanges or gift card credits. For more details on how to use gift cards, click here i. The only exceptions are if a product becomes out of stock while the order is being processed or if it has a manufacturing defect that we did not notice.
Return in store : you can exchange any unworn item that is still labeled, within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice. Sales of more than 70% are final sales.
Return by mail : Unworn items can be returned for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in secure and appropriate packaging with the price tag. Sales over 70% are final sale. The return or exchange request is made on this link .
Important: The customer is always responsible for the shipping costs associated with their return, except in the case of an error on our part regarding the merchandise (manufacturing defect, delivery error, etc.).
