Delivery and returns
Delivery costs are fixed and depend solely on the delivery address:
United States: $15
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been taken into account. It takes between 1 and 5 business days to process an order.
If you have chosen to pick up in store: you will receive an email when your order will be ready to be picked up in store during our opening hours.
If you have chosen postal delivery: you will receive an e-mail when your order is dispatched, and a Canada Post tracking number will be communicated to you to follow the progress of your package.
To add an item to the order you have just placed, contact customer service at info @cokluch.com, we'll let you know what options are available to you.
We do not issue refunds but we do offer you an exchange or a credit note in the form of a gift card. For more details on using gift cards, click here. The only exceptions accepted are: if a product goes out of stock during order processing or has a manufacturing defect that we have not noticed.
Back to boutique: you can come and exchange any unworn item that is still labeled, within 30 days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice.
Return by post : Unworn items can be returned for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) must be returned to us in secure and appropriate packaging with the price tag. The return or exchange request is made on this link: https://cokluch.com/apps/return_prime
Important: The customer is always responsible shipping costs related to its return, except in the case of an error on our part on the goods (manufacturing defect, delivery error, etc.).
Pricing and promotion policy
Products on sale, masks, fabrics and supplies are considered final sale, so no exchanges are possible. Also, during sales periods or promotions, we do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before the entry into force of sales issued by Cokluch and/or resellers.
