Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for all orders of $250 CAD or more (within Canada only).

Order Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email to confirm that it has been successfully processed. Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days. If you selected in-store pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup during our business hours.
If you selected postal delivery, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with a Canada Post tracking number to follow your package.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds, but we do provide exchanges or store credit in the form of a gift card. For more details on how to use gift cards, click here. The only exceptions are if a product goes out of stock during order processing or if it has a manufacturing defect that was not detected.

For in-store returns, you can exchange any unworn and tagged item within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Items on sale at 70% off or more are final sale.

For returns by mail, unworn items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. The item(s) must be sent back in secure and appropriate packaging with the original price tag. Items on sale at 70% off or more are final sale. To request a return or exchange, please use this link.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (manufacturing defect, incorrect item shipped, etc.).

Pricing and Promotions Policy

Sale items, masks, fabrics, and supplies are considered final sale, and therefore cannot be exchanged. During sale or promotional periods, we do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before the promotion began, whether issued by Cokluch or its retailers.
